STHOG Planning Meeting

6pm in the HOG room….

The leadership asks anyone with ideas, input, or interest in the event planning for our chapter to please attend the planning meeting.  These meetings are used to brainstorm and schedule events for chapter member participation.  We try to schedule events from 3 to 6 months in advance so the calendar can be updated.  That way we and the dealership can coordinate events and members can plan vacations ahead of time.

Social hour starts at 6:00 pm.  Bring your dinner with you and visit around the table.
The meeting begins at 7:00 pm and usually lasts about an hour.  If you have suggestions or ideas please let bring those up.

Your new leadership group wants to get a kick start on the rest of the year and 2021.  We will hold a planning meeting on Monday, October 5 in the HOG room at the dealership. Please do RSVP “Yes” if you would like to attend as due to COVID restrictions we are allowed at most 20 persons in the HOG room.

There will be a dinner ride on Wednesday October 14, 2020 to REDs BBQ in Coldwater, MS.
The plan is currently to meet at REDs at 6:30 for dinner.
If anyone would like to ride from the dealership we will post the dinner ride on our Facebook page so members can meet up.

Sorry for the change… Notice, the date has been moved.

Turns out that RED’s BBQ is not open on Wednesday so the date has been changed to Thursday October 15, 2020.

Come one Come all to the monthly meeting to be held in the HOG room at the dealership on Tuesday, October 20.  Social hour starts at 6:00 pm.  BYOB!  Bring your own beverage!!  The chapter will be furnishing pizza for the social hour.  We need a head count to know the amount of pizza to order.
